Cane Creek Cycling Components
01/17/09 at 5:29pm

I have long used Cane Creek components as I believe they provide good quality at a competitive price. The headsets perform well and their linear pull brakes and levers are great. Recently, I had a small problem with a headset that I had picked up on E-Bay some time ago. Nothing catastrophic but after some hard use I noted that the lower cup was damaged. The bearing was still fine so on Monday I sent the cup back to Cane Creek...not really a warranty claim as I had no receipt, warranty paper, etc. but thought they might want to see it. Wink Several days later I received a replacement cup in the mail...gratis! If you are looking to upgrade your V-brakes or need a headset, check out their products.

Cane Creek has mades the best stuff out there.  The headsets are amazing and I don't think I will ever run another brand.  I just got the new 100 h/s and its a work of art.  Its the same as the 110 h/s, but its not polished out with logos and all that.  The new integrated top cap is awesome! no more individual pieces, just one cap that leeps everything together.  I do miss the wheels that they made.  I rode those for 10+ years with never a worry.  Thanks to Malcolm for everything he has done.

I sent Cane Creek an email Friday night for tech help and first thing this morning I have an answer! That is prompt service. This is why I will buy CC products. A lot of companies would wait a couple of weeks to answer if they ever do. Thumbs up CC!
